In 1989, Bill Heard took his passion for airplanes and meticulous attention to detail and opened up Bills Air Center, right on the historic Santa Monica Airport.

In February 2014, Andres Gonzalez took over the business to continue the tradition of offering unparalleled customer service and a vast array of technical knowledge.
